Equinexus exists to address a recurring failure in modern institutions: the inability to see themselves clearly in complex environments. Organisations struggle not because they lack intelligence or intent, but because they rely on borrowed mirrors, external models and unexamined power dynamics that distort how problems are named and addressed.
